I'm Back

I've returned after a three-month blog sabbatical.  Thanks to everyone who has written to encourage the continuation of leadership for lawyers.  I took some time off to decide where to take the blog next.  I started to blog to get more experience writing, but ended up pointing to other posts and resources more than creating my own.  My goal is to write more original pieces. 

Of course, I paused during the busy holiday period, a trip back east, a few conferences, the Olympics, and the arrival of Hannah, our new daughter who arrived from Seoul last fall.  Lousy excuses, but it's all I got. 

Stephanie West Allen (watch for her blog launch soon) and Larry Bodine have both encouraged me to blog anew.  Larry linked to my blog today, driving traffic to my old and crusty content, so I figured I should put something meaningful (ha!) up soon.  The last time Larry linked, my traffic went through the roof, so I can't disappoint.
