Thanks for pointing me in the direction of the Tichy article, Mark. Particularly liked the bit about the use of stories - a real passion of mine. But do you know of any law firms that have actually done what Tichy suggests? Any managing partners who have embraced the story form to explain where they're heading? Or any marketers who have helped create a law firm's story? Or any who have understood that demonstrating an understanding of a client's story is a sure fire winner in pitches and proposals?

This whole subject gets lots of raised eyebrows when I raise it in meetings!
